They're not really all that important, but I use colours and groups to make it easier for members to tell what type of otherkin (or not) each other are. List of colours for what they mean:

Purple for Admin and Second in Command/Co-admin

Red for Mods

Pink for my Coding Genius

Green for Therians

Turquoise for Non-kin

Orange for Vampires

Blue for Mythological Kin

Yellow for Poly-Kin

Beigy/Yellow/Brown for Undiscovered

Reddish/Pink for Anthromorphic Kin.

I might fiddle with the colour's shades, but those will be the basic colours. If not, I will post to let you know!
